Obituary: Lancaster Daily Intelligencer: obituary of Mrs. Lizzie Gehris on 18 Feb 1921 in Lancaster, Lancaster, PA. ¹¹ Mrs. Lizzie Gehris, of Reading, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Henry Bucher, Adamstown, last evening from a complication of diseases, aged seventy-siz years. Mrs. Gehris was taken ill at her home on sunday and was brought to Adamstown yesterday morning. Her husband died twenty-two years ago. She was a member of the First United Evangelical church, Reading. One brother and two sisters survive: Henry Bicher, Reading; Miss Kate Bicher and Mrs. Henry Bucher, both of Adamstown. Funeral services will be held from the home of her sister, Mrs. Bucher, in Adamstown on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in Cedar Grove cemetery, Adamstown.
