Recorded 19 Aug 1762, made 18 Aug 1762 between Christman Pipe of FC for 20 pounds current money MD, sells tract "Youlyouner", on north side of a small draught of Kittoctin Creek, containing 46 acres. Signed in German script "Johan Christian Bipp," before Jos. Wood, Peter Bainbridge. Receipt. Ack. Catharine Pope released dower. Alienation fine [transfer fee] & duty paid.

[Kittoctin Creek is today's Catoctin Creek, which empties into the Potomac River, from there running north about 2 miles west of Jefferson and continuing north to about 1 mile west of Middletown, with small branches running further north to Myersville.].
