Cormeny of Stony Brook county and state aforesaid do hereby assign transfer and set over unto Matilda J. Beecher of Wrightsville county and state aforesaid her heirs executors administrators and assigns all our right title and interest which we have in the estate of Susan A. Cormeny late of the city of Lancaster county of Lancaster and state aforesaid deceased of which Alf. C. Bruner has been appointed administrator by the Register of Wills in and for said county of Lancaster and we hereby authorize said Alf. C. Bruner as aforesaid his successor executor or administrator to pay over unto the said Matilda J. Beecher as her attorney executor administrator or assigns all money due us from said estate and for his her or other so doing this shall be his her or their sufficient warrant and authority. And we hereby upon payment of said shares of money unto said Matilda J. Beecher release the said Alf C. Bruner, administrator of aforesaid of and from all claims or demands whatsoever kind or nature. Matilda J. Beecher Eliza J. Ambrose John A. Cormeny and Jacob H. Cormeny aforenamed are sisters and brothers and the only heirs of said Susan B. Cormeny deceased. 7. Obituary: York Daily: obituary of Matilda Beecher on 24 Aug 1907 in York, York, PA. 7 Wrightsville, Aug. 23 -- Matilda, wife of Charles T. Beecher, died at 6 o'clock this morning at her home on Hellam street, after a lingering sickness. Mrs. Beecher had been admitted to the York hospital several weeks ago and was operated upon. When her condition seemd somewhat improved she returned to her home three weeks ago, but suffered a relapse and died. The deceased was about 55 years of age and is survived by a husband and several brothers and sisters. Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been made.
