1. She appeared as a sponsor at a baptism on 2 Apr 1791 at Littlestown: St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Adams, PA. Catharine was a sponsor for the baptism of her daughter's daughter. From the church record book: "Cathr. Reck of Christian and Sophia; b. Jan 11 1791; bapt. Apr 2 1791; spon: Cathr. Bücherin, grandmother of the child." 3
2. She appeared on the census in 1820 in Hagerstown, Washington, MD. 4 In 1820 the William Beacher household had:
Catharine married Henry Beecher Sr., son of Bücher and Unknown. (Henry Beecher Sr. was born circa 1728 in , , , DEU and died after Feb 1795 in Littlestown, Adams, PA.)
