She had birthed five children, all alive in 1900: Clarence J., barber, 17, Apr 1883; Emma E., 15, Jan 1885; Charles H., 13, May 1887; John A., 7, Sept 1892; and Harry F., 4, May 1896. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania, except the elder Charles' parents were from Germany.
