1. He has conflicting birth information of Feb 1890 and New Hanover Twp., Montgomery, PA. 1 It appears there is a typo in the dates in the church history book. His birth is 10 Feb 1869 and baptism 10 Apr 1889, twenty years apart. Checking the 1900 Census reveals he was born in Feb 1890, but we believe the correct date is 10 Feb 1889, which makes sense for his christening.

2. Census in 1900 in New Hanover Twp., Montgomery, PA. 2 Heckiah Buchert, farmer, 53, was born Aug 1847. He was with wife Lydia, 52, born Nov 1847, who had birthed 10 children by 1900, 8 still alive then. In their home: Annie, 26, Apr 1874; Sarah, 24, Aug 1876; Mary, 18; Mar 1887; Alexander, 16, Aug 1883; Ammon, 13, Aug 1886; Heckiah, 12, Sept 1881; and Edwin, 10, Feb 1880. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania.
