The funeral will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock.

A Venerable Old Woman Dies Saturday Morning.
The death of Mrs. Belinda C. Pyfer, widow of John Pyfer, occurred Saturday at 5 o'clock at the home of her son, William B. Pyfer, No. 20 North Plum street. Deceased has been confined to bed most of the time for the past year and death was due toa complication of diseases. She was in the eighty-second year of her age and a native of this county. Two sons survive -- Samuel M. of Philadelphia, and William B., of this city. Six grandchildren and a great-grandchild also survive. Mrs. M. Hollinger, of this city, is a niece of the deceased. The funeral was held on Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock.
