5. Newspaper: Reading Times: marriage of H. C. Feger and Mrs. Elizabeth Beecher, 9 Aug 1879, Reading, Berks, Pennsylvania, USA. 2 At nine o'clock last night, Mr. H. C. Feger and Mrs. Elizabeth Beecher, of Pottstown, were married at the residence of the latter on King street east of Hanover. Rev. L. K. Evans, of Trinity Reformed Church, was the officiating clergyman. Mr. Feger is connected with the Reading Railroad Company at this place. His bride was the widow of the late William Beecher. The happy couple start to morrow morning on a wedding tour which will take in Cape May and other seaside resorts.

Census in 1900 in Pottstown, Montgomery, PA. 13 The 1900 census recorded owning a home at 507 Chestnut Street: Hiram Feger, machinist, 79, born Aug 1820, who was married for 20 years to wife Mary E., 55, Sep 1844. She had birthed 4 children, 2 still alive in 1900. Living with them: Mary's daughter by her first marriage, Bertha M. [nee Beecher], 25, Jan 1875; and grandson William B. Coleman, 12, Nov 1887. POTTSTOWN, Pa., Jan 23. -- Hiram C. Feger, aged 81, for 52 years a member of the Masonic fraternity and the last surviving charter member of Stichter Lodge, of this place, died last night. He served in the Sixty-eighth Pennsylvania Regiment during the Civil War and was one of the oldest employes of the Reading Railway.
