5. Obituary: Journal and Courier: Mrs. Martha Beeker Dies From Cancer on 18 Jan 1922 in Lafayette, Tippecanoe, IN, USA. ⁴ Mrs. Martha I. Beeker, wife of Joseph F. Beeker, died at the family home, ten miles west of Lafayette, on the Pine Village road, at 2:30 o'clock, Tuesday afternoon. She had been sick for some time and death was due to cancer. She was born May 5, 1858 and had resided in Shelby township for many years. The husband and one son, William E. Beeker, of Chicago, survive.
