Court: The York Orphan's Court appointed John Nitchman as guardian of Frederich Jacob Beisher, orphan child of Jacob Beisher of Warrington Township on 14 Feb 1809 in York, York, PA. ¹ The Petition of Elizabeth Besheir aged seventeen years Daughter of Frederick Jacob Besheir deceased, was Read praying to be permitted to chose a Guardian in the room of Abraham Smith who diclined Sewing, and named John Nitchman. Whereupon the Court appoint the said John Nitchman Guardian of the person and Estate of said Elizabeth, in the room of said Abraham Smith.
