1. Newspaper: The Sentinel: One-car crash demolishes vehicle, 20 Sep 1989, Carlisle, Cumberland, PA. 2 A Mt. Holly Springs woman escaped serious injury in a one-car accident in Monroe Township Tuesday morning. State police in Carlisle say Roberta Beecher, 110 Hillside Drive, was traveling east on West Lisbum Road when she apparently lost control of her vehicle on the wet roadway. Police reports indicated that Ms. Beecher's station wagon was demolished in the accident, but did not say what the vehicle struck. Police gave no further information on the accident this morning. Ms. Beecher was transported by Monroe Township Ambulance to Harrisburg Hospital where she was treated and released, hospital sources say.
