Mrs. Willoughby was born July 31, 1853, at Tygh Valley, in eastern Oregon. Her maiden name was Annie L. McCorkle. She was married 39 years ago and a greater part of her married life was spent in Eugene. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist of this city.

She leaves four sons, Dr. Claire B. Willoughby and Paul R. Willoughby, of Eugene; Dr. R. Ray Willoughby of Philadelphia and R. Wayne Willoughby of Eugene, besides four brothers in eastern Oregon and two sisters.

The funeral will be held at the Gordon & Veatch chapel today at 2:30 p.m.
