Source-1 Probates April term 1893 Last Will and Testament of Catherine E. Booher, dec'd

I Catherine E. Booher of the County of Sullivan and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofor made.
First - I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as is practicable to pay off and discharge all the debts, dues and liabilkties that may exist against me at the time of my decease.
Second - I give to Martin Harr so much of my estate as will be necessary for the support and comfort of my mother Elizabeth Lowry during her natural life, and to bury her decently.
Third - After my mother has been cared for and Martin Harr has been paid for the same, I give and bequeath the remainder of my estate to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in connection with the Ev. Lutheran Holston Synod and to be used within the bounds of said Synod only and that for home mission work, building houses of worship (churches) and for educational purposes under the direction of the Holston Synod in good faith and with the full concurrence of my Executor.
Fourth - I hereby nominate and appoint Rev. James K. Hancher, Execuror of this my last will and Testament with power to loan? and manage my estate to the best interest of the Ev. Lutheran church within the bounds of the Ev. Luthean Holston Synod only. No bond is to be required of him.
In witness whereof I have herein subscribed my name. Interviewed? before signing. This 7th day of February 1890.

NOTE. At this point I am presuming that Catherine was born out of wedlock to Elizabeth Booher and that she was never married.
