He was the husband of Margaret Elizabeth Powell Stoltzfus.
Born in Atglen, he was the son of the late Ammon and Lillie Smoker Stoltzfus. He had lived in Cochranville since 1951 and in the Penn Township area his entire life.
He had been employed as a driver for Bud Wertz at the Coatesville Egg Auction, retiring in 1991 because of health problems.
He was a member of the Cochranville United Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife he is survived by six children: Marlene M. Beecher, Drumore; Maxine M. Stoltzfus, Cochranville; Carl M. Stoltzfus, Kirkwood; Joy Lynn Bohmier, New London; Kelly L. Daly, Woodstock, Ga.; Beth Ann Stoltzfus, Reading; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; five sisters: Elizabeth and Mabel Stoltzfus, both of Gordonville; Laverne Petersheim, Morgantown; Velma Lapp, Paradise; Violet Yoder, Christiana; and one brother, William Stoltzfus, Strasburg.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Mark married Margaret E. Powell. (Margaret E. Powell was born on 31 May 1928 in Coatesville, Chester, PA,^{1 3} died on 24 Jun 2011 in Cochranville, Chester, PA ^{1 3} and was buried on 29 Jun 2011 in Parkesburg: Upper Octorara Church Cemetery, Chester, PA, USA ³.)
