The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Boyd Beeker of Lexington, NC. He is a graduate of North Davidson High School, Welcome, earned a BA in economics and business management from NC State and is assistant supervisor at Dixie Furniture Co., Lexington. Maid of honor was Diane Thompson of Charlotte. Bridesmaids were Adelaide Beeker of Boone, Leah Walker of Charlotte, Lynda Thomas and Kelly West of Raleigh, J.D. Wilson of Atlanta and Nanette Bullock of Arden. Junior bridesmaid was Kelly Williams of Cary. Best man was Boyd Becker of Lexington. Ushers were Mike Williams of Cary, Steve Williams of Matthews, Vann and Walter Becker of Lexington, Scott Bruton of Mooresville and Keith Sink of Raleigh. Junior ushers were Michael Williams of Cary and Matt and Jeremy Williams of Matthews. A reception was held at the church. After a trip to Hawaii the couple will live in Lexington.
