LEXINGTON, March 19 -- Mrs. Jennie Leonard Beeker, 75, died friday at the home in Welcome community. Surviving are her husband, Adam L. Beeker; stepmother, Mrs. P. J. Leonard; four sons, Guilford of Welcome, H. P. and Preston of Winston-Salem and George of West Virginia; two daughters, Beulah of the home, Mrs. Harvey H. Miller of Salisbury; five brothers, John, Jim, David of Welcome, Charlie of Spencer and Pierce of Route 4, Salisbury; seven sisters, Mrs. t. J. Beeker of Greensboro, Mrs. Tice Hinkle, Mrs. Vance Trexler, Mrs. Hollis Hinkle of Route 4, Salisbury, Mrs. Frank Koonts, Mrs. Olin Barrier, Mrs. Harry Koonts of Welcome and 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p. m. at the home in Welcome with burial in Welcome Baptist Cemetery.
