Dr. and Mrs. Edward Beecher Fink, prominent residents of Philadelphia, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Beecher Fink to James A. Nagle, formerly of Shamokin, but now residing at Pittsburgh, where he holds a responsible position as a construction engineer.
The bride-elect is a young woman of brilliant attainments and is a popular member of Philadelphia society circles.
The prospective bridegroom is a grandson of the late Isaac May, one of the pioneer coal operators of Shamokin, and a brother of Harry Nagle of West Arch street this city.
The date for the wedding has not been announced.
