2. Obituary: Altoona Mirror: obituary of Mrs. W. D. Long on 15 Oct 1926 in Altoona, Blair, PA. ³ The late Mrs. W. D. Long, who died Monday night, was laid to rest in Greenwood cemetery yesterday afternoon. There was a short funeral service at the home for the immediate family followed by a public service in Greenwood United Brethren church, which was very largely attended, Rev. A.S. Williams, pastor of Eighth Avenue Methodist church, with which Mrs. Long was affiliated, had charge of the services.

There were friends present at the funeral from Pittsburgh, Washington, Pa., Duquesne, West Newton, Waterfall and other points.

The body was carried to the grave by members of Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Lodge No. 287, of which Mr. Long is a member. There were many flowers and these, after the services, were sent to Altoona hospital to be distributed among the patients.
