Obituary: Pottsville Republican: Funeral of Mrs. Hepner on 13 Mar 1922 in Pottsville, Schuylkill, PA. 6 The remains of Mrs. Lavina, widow of Jacob Hepner, were laid to rest on Monday afternoon at the I. O. O. F. cemetery, St. Clair. Her death took place on Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Beacher, of Pottsville. Mr. and Mrs. Hepner were long time residents of Broad Mountain. She was a member of the well-known Weller family of Broad Mountain. Mr. Hepner died about 15 years ago.


Lavina married Jacob Hepner, son of William Hepner and Hannah Stoyer, about 1874 in , Schuylkill, PA.
