Chad Beecher, 21, same address, was driving a 1987 Toyota Tercel north at 6:35 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a left curve. The car went into a ditch. Hustontown Fire Company crews cut Deener from the wreck.
Beecher was not injured.
Alcohol was a factor in the crash, according to police. Charges are pending against Beecher.

Beecher, driving a 1992 Isuzu Rodeo, allegedly did not stop at a stop sign at Pa. 75 and Pa. 641 in Spring Run in Metal Township. The Isuzu collided with the rear passenger side of a 1 995 Ford F-1 50 pickup truck when the Isuzu dkjnl stop at a stop sign. The Ford truck, driven by Harold E. Wibble Jr., 46, Three Springs, skidded on its roof for about 66 feet. The Isuzu left the scene, but was later found parked behind a home in Dry Run. Beecher was questioned and arrested with a blood alcohol level of 0.12, according to police. Both drivers had minor injuries.

Beecher, 39, in connection to an incident where he is accused of taking multiple items from a storage shed in the 160(H) block of Mountain Green Road at about 6:19 p.m. on July 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg. The owner of the shed caught Beecher, made him put the items back and then called to report the crime, the report shows. Charges are pending. (Incident PA2016-476891).
