Abraham Blumer. He farmed the land which his forefathers had cultivated and was an active citizen of the township, serving as a captain of a company of Light Horse Cavalry for some years, and was one of the first advocates of free schools. David married Sarah Horn, daughter of John Horn and Elizabeth Hertz, on 8 Jul 1827 in , Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA.1 (Sarah Horn was born on 11 Nov 1808 1 and died on 25 Aug 1884 1.) |
