The next home is Reuben Neiewender, farmer, 24, and Mary, 65. Michael and Barbary were born in Pennsylvania, the elder Mary in Maryland, and everyone else in Ohio.

Census in 1870 in Plain Twp., Franklin, OH. 11 The 1870 census recorded George Dague, farmer, 42, living with wife Harriet, 40; Allen, works on farm, 16; George, works on farm, 14; Mary, 13; Alonzo, works on farm, 12, Florence, 7; Oliver, 6; Ardillus, 5; John, 3; and Lydia, 3 months old when the census was recorded on 22 Aug 1870.
Everyone was born in Ohio. The post office was Gahanna. George's real estate was valued at $6000 and personal estate $600.
