He is living with wife Priscilla, 47, born Jan 1853. She was married to him for 17 years, had born 10 children, 8 still alive in 1900 (some by her first marriage). With them are son Nathan, July 1885, 14, day laborer; son John, July 1888, 11; son Alfred, Jan 1892, 8; daughter Laura, Aug 1894, 5. William is renting the home.

My brother was three and my sister was eleven months. ... I had two uncles Nathan and Alfred also an aunt Laura Beacher Parsons. I can remember when I was very small, my father would take me to Beacher's candy store. I do not know how he was related to my father but I do remember his name was Benjamin Beacher."
