6. Obituary: Evening Sun: obituary of John L. Feeser on 16 Feb 1953 in Hanover, York, PA. ⁸ John Lester Feeser, 59, Highland avenue, Spring Grove, died at 5:20 p. m. yesterday at his home. He had been bedfast twelve weeks and been a patient at the Hanover General hospital for two weeks. A son of the late George Henry and Emma Jane (Cline) Feeser, he owned and operated a monumental works at Spring Grove. Mr. Feeser was a member of the Reformed congregation of St. David's church. Surviving are his wife, Mabel (Beecher) Feeser; three children, George W., Hanover R. D. 2; Mrs. Richard Wetzel and Mrs. Roy Wonder, Codorus; six grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Daisy Yingling, near Smith Station; Mrs. Gertrude Adams, South High street; Austin Feeser, Manchester, Md., and Paul Feeser, 3 Pleasant avenue. funderal services will be held at the W. A. Feiser funeral home, Carlisle street, at 2 p. m. Wednesday. The Rev. Harvey M. Light, his pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in St. David's cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
