• Book: Anniversary History of Lehigh County, Vol. II, 1914. 3 Catharine Barbara Knerr, eldest daughter of Abraham, Sr., was born Aug. 30, 1744, and died Feb. 17, 1803. She married Jacob Homer, justice of the peace of Lowhill Township, who was born Nov. 27, 1736, and died Dec. 22, 1808. They are buried at Lowhill Church. They had five sons: Jacob, Abraham, John, Michael, and Andrew, and four daughters.
