Henry is believed to be John's nephew, Henry W. born 1855, the son of John's brother, Henry W. born 1825. John has no real estate and his possessions are worth $140. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania.

(That census column's heading is "Whether deaf and dumb, blind, insane, or idiotic.") Henry also cannot read or write. He is listed next to Chas. Bucher, 22, laborer, who has no such notations. Both of them are living in the household of John G. Snyder, 38, RR Car Inspector, and his wife Catherine, 44, with their Snyder children: Mary E., 14; and Jacob, 10. Everyone is born in Pennsylvania.

Visit 115 shows a Henry Bucher, 16, apprentice to baking, living with David Fry, 28, bread and cake baker, and Louisa Fry, 54. Living with them are Mary K. Roads, 51, saleswoman; Mary Arnold, 19, domestic servant; and Lesslie Godleib, 30, baker. The latter was born in Germany, all others in Pennsylvania.

It appears the Henry age 16 is the Henry W. Bucher born 18 Aug 1855.
