She was born in Lebanon on July 9th, 1942, a daughter of the late Leslie and Catherine Hinkel Garlin. Mrs. Bicher was a homemaker. Surviving are her children: Dale R., husband of Jodi Bicher of Richland; Christine F. Hershey of Fredericksburg; Kathleen M., wife of Kurt Lorah of Bernville; Sharon L., wife of Rodney Dale of Jonestown; Jason A. Bicher of Bethel; Janelle K. Bicher of Lebanon; six grandchildren: Travis and Kyle Bicher; Grant Hershey; Derek Lorah; Ethan and Liam Hershey; brother: Norman Garlin of Richland; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother: Eugene Garlin and a sister: Margaret Hart. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 8th, 2011 from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA., 17042. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 9th, 2011 at 1:00p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home with Rev. John S. Whitman, Associate Pastor of Living Waters Chapel officiating. A viewing will be held from 12:00P.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be held in the Stouchsburg Lutheran (Christ Lutheran) Cemetery; Marian Twp.
