Everyone was born in Ohio except mother Eliza in Pennsylvania.

Christian was born in Bavaria, Germany, Esther in Pennsylvania, and Ms. Pilgrim in Ohio. Peter was caring for them because their father had died in 1851.
Peter and his brother and sister were born in Pennsylvania, everyone else in Ohio. He had no real estate and his personal estates was worth $400, so as a farm laborer he was likely work on Christian's land mentioned below.
