Census in 1880 in Tippecanoe Township, Tippecanoe, IN, USA. 11 The 1880 census recorded Jonathan Thomas, farmer, 63, living with wife Elisabeth, 58; sons John, 38; Georg W., 35; Milton A., 23; Herbert, 15; George, 13; Frank, 10; and Olive, 7. Jonathan was born in Ohio and his parents in Virginia. Elisabeth was born in Indiana, her father in Pennsylvania, and mother in Ohio. John, Georg W. and Milton were born in Ohio, the other children in Indiana.

2. Census in 1900 in Sumas, Whatcom, WA, USA. 12 The 1900 census recorded the Beekers as lodgers in the household headed by Pete Saar, occupation landlord, widowed, 69, born Jun 1830, and his son John, 40, Aug 1859. George Beeker [indexed in census as Becker], farmer, 30, Nov 1869, was with wife Olive, 26, Dec 1873; Gradys, 5, Apr 1895; Natalia, 2, Jul 1897. The Beekers were married for 6 years and she had birthed 2 children, both alive in 1900. Also with them is Lulu Lane, 5, born Feb 1885. All the Beekers, their parents, and LuLu were born in Indiana, except Olive's father in Ohio. Pete and his parents were born in Germany. John was born in Oregon, his father in Germany and mother in Illinois.

5. Census in 1920 in West Lafayette, Tippecanoe, IN. 14 The 1920 census recorded renting a home at 453 Vine Street: George L. Beeker, supply clerk in railroad office, 50, living with wife Olive T., 47; Loyd N., piece work in tire factory, 18; Gladys O., teacher in grade school, 24; Natalia G., 22; Francis J., 14; and Eva K., 7. Everyone and their parents were born in Indiana.

Baker [sic, as indexed due to poor handwriting of Beeker by census taker], farmer on rent farm, 60, living with wife Olive, 57; and daughter Kathryn, 17. 8. Obituary: The Vidette-Messenger: obituary of Mrs. George Beeker on 21 Oct 1957 in Valparaiso, Porter, IN. 4 Mrs. Olive Edna Beeker, 84, died Saturday in the Community hospital, Medina, O. She had been in ill health for the past two years. She was the widow of the late George Beeker of Hebron.
Mrs. Beeker was a member of the First Methodist church, Order of Eastern Star, Aylesworth Community club and Fortnightly club of Hebron, and the Lakewood Woman's club of Chicago.
Surviving are one son, Lloyd, of Washington, D.C., and four daughters, Mrs. Gladys Klinger, Akron, O., Mrs. Frances Sorsen, Lakewood, O., Mrs. Kathryn Foust, La Jolla, Cal., and Mrs. Natalie Gidley of Hebron.
Funeral services will be held at the Phillips Funeral home in Hebron Tuesay at 2 p.m. The Rev. W. Ray Kuhn of the Hebron Methodist church will conduct the services. Burial will be in Hebron cemetery.
Friends may call from the afternoon at 2 o'clock until time of services Tuesday.
