Fasolt, carpenter, 47, living with his sons, Albert, plumber's apprentice, 18; and Charles, 3; and his mother-in-law, Catharine Eisenhuth, widowed, 49, and his sister-in-law, Katie Eisenhuth, tailoress, 19. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

The Parsonage Built.

At his first recorded presence here, at a Council Meeting on the
7th of April, 1871, a proposition was made to the Council by the
Sabbath-School, to donate to them the sum of $1200 toward the
building of a Parsonage upon the lot adjoining the Church, providing the Council would execute a mortgage to the Saving Fund, from
whom they proposed to raise the money, the school paying the premiums on the same. The offer was "cheerfully accepted," and a
Committee appointed upon plans and specifications. Upon the
10th of May, bids were received in accordance with plans and
specifications meanwhile adopted, and the contract for the furnishing of all materials and work, with the exception of Excavation,
Stonework, Brickwork, Plastering, and Plumbing, was awarded to
Mr. Charles B. Fasolt for the sum of $1677.
