Mr. McSwain was retired from C.E. McSwain & Sons. He is survived by special friend Sheila Martin of the home; sons Charles Matthew McSwain and Brandon Scott McSwain, both of New London; brothers, Jill McSwain and Barry McSwain, both of Norwood, and sister Linda Schiebler of Green Bay, Wis.
