I, Isaac Breniser of the city of Reading County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named after my death.
And as to such Estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with I dispose of the same as follows:

Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter Catharine intermarried with Samuel Eby the following described Real Estate (in which I now reside) whit: all that certain two story brick dwelling house and lot on piece of ground situate on the south side of Elm Street No. 934, between Ninth and Tenth streets in the city of Reading County and State apprised, with the appurtenances to have and to hold the same to her & her heirs and assigns forever.

Item. The sum of fifteen hundred dollars herefore advanced or paid to my son John Breniser by me shall be considered an equal share with the house said made in the above item to my daughter as appraised and in him of any other bequest or devise.
Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my Samuel Eby Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I Isaac Breniser this Testator have to this my will set my hand and seal this eight day of March AD one thousand and eight hundred and eighty.

Obituary: Reading Daily Eagle: Death Of An Aged Physician on 18 Apr 1880 in Reading, Berks, Pennsylvania, USA. 1 Dr. Isaac Breneiser, who died at the residence of his son-in-law, Samuel Eby, 931 Elm street, this city, yesterday morning, in the 78 year of his age, was born in Hinkletown, Lancaster county. He was the next to the youngest of nine children, all of whom are dead excepting the youngest, Mrs. Isaac Fetter, who resides at Hinkletown and is 75 years of age. His oldest sister, Mrs. John Garman, died in Pennville, Lancaster county, on the 20th of April last in he 93rd year., and nine days thereafter his brother David died in Springfield, Ohio, in his 82nd year, and all his other brothers and sisters died at an advanced age.

Deceased read medicine in the office of Dr. Winter in Hinkletown, and in 1825 he located in Adamstown, Lancaster county, where he practiced medicine 47 years. Eight years ago he concluded to retire from business and came to reading, where he resided ever since. In 1828 he married Miss Magdalena Bicher at Hinkletown, whose father died at the age of 93 years, and she died ten years ago.

During the 47 years that Dr. Breneiser followed his profession in Adamstown and vicinity and had a large practice, he never used a vehicle in visiting his patients, but rode on horseback, and he was accounted the most expert equestrian in that section of the country. He was never thrown from an animal. He always enjoyed excellent health up to a few years ago, when he took cold which affected his lungs, and his health gradually failed, During the last ten weeks of his life he was confined to bed. Deceased was the father of John B. Breneiser, merchant, residing in Philadelphia, and of Mrs. Eby, wife of Samuel Eby, this city.

Dr. Isaac Breneiser died on Saturday at the residence ot his son-in-law, Samuel Ebe, No. 134 Elm street, Reading, in the 78th year of his age. The funeral to take palce on Wednesday afternoon, at 1 1/2 o'clock, from his late residence, 934 Elm street. Services in Covenant M. E. Church. Interment at Charles Evans Cemetery.The relatives and friends and physicians of this city are respectfully invited to attend.
