Item, I do further order and direct that the sum of one hundred dollars shall be deducted from the share of my daughter, Rebecca, and to be held in Trust by my son John Bicher, who is one of my Executors, for the use of my Grand-daughter Mary, daughter of minor child of my daughter Rebecca, until she arrives at the age of twenty one years, then the same shall be paid to her, together with five per cent interest, Provided however, that should my daughter Rebecca survive her daughter Mary who is my Grand-daughter, then the said one hundred dollars shall be paid to my daughter Rebecca or her heirs or assigns if my said Grand-daughter, Mary shall die in her minority.
