Also in the home are two lodgers: Anthony Dukes, 16, helper - hauling contractor, and James Turnboll, 18, apprentice in electrical shop. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania except Robert's father in Italy. 2. Census in 1940 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. 6 The 1940 census recorded renting at 2848 Marshall Street: William Becker, truck driver light hauling, 30, living with wife Anna,28; Robert, 9; Mary, 7; William, 2; and mother Ida, 52. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania. They lived in the same place in 1935. 3. Census in 1950 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. 7 The 1950 census recorded William Beecher, hauler, 39, living with wife Anna, 37; daughter Mary, 16; son William, 12; and daughter Catherine, 8. Also in the home is William's mother Ida, 62. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania. 4.
