She was a native of Durham County and attended Alamance County schools.

Beeker of Charlotte and Kenneth Wayne Beeker of the home; daughter, Mrs. Nancy Moore of Mooresville, Mrs. Betty Duncan of New Bern and Mrs. Martha Shoemaker of Cleveland; sisters, Mrs. Effie Reagan of High Point, Mrs. Estelle Cottle of High Point and Mrs. Ethel Smith of Alamance.
Summersett Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
