A memorial service will be conducted by the Rev. Walter Thompson on High Point Road at 3 p.m. Saturday in Mausoleum Number 1.
Beeker served with the U.S. Marines during World War II and represented Erie Steel Co., New York, in several states for many years before his disability. He was active in the Boy Scouts in Durham and Greensboor and was a Mason.
Survivors are widow, the former Bettye Brooks; sons, David C. Beeker of High Point and Robert T. Beeker of the home; daughter, Janet E. Beeker of the home; two granddaughters of High Point. Also surviving are his father, three brothers and a sister.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hinshaw Memorial United Methodist Church, where he was a member.
The family will be at the residence.
