Leonard's real estate was valued at $900 and personal estate $200. Leonard, Catharine, and John were born in Baden, Germany, and their other children in Illinois.

4. Census in 1880 in Cazenovia, Woodford, IL, USA. ⁷ The 1880 census recorded Leonard Beecher, farmer, 67, living with wife Mary, 56; and son Fred, farmer, 19. Fred was born in Illinois and his parents and grandparents in Wurtemberg, Germany.
