Item Two
I hereby constitute and appoint Edna B. Gillespie the executrix of this dast will and testament, and do hereby give and grant said executrix full power ab authority to sell any property or to do any act which in his opinion is reason- ably necessary for the proper administration of my estate.

In testimony whereof, I the said Lula Miller Beeker, have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 6th day of March, 1945.
