He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Harding Hallam; two daughters, Beverly A. of Pittsburgh and Lisa M. of Munhall; a stepdaughter, Karen Tortorice of Bethel Park; a stepson, Jeffrey Stroop of Finleyville, Washington County; three sisters, Hazel Kitterman of Brentwood, Garnet Randall of Dormont, and Betty Hallam of Phoenix; and two grandchildren.
