Fonrose Millett, a retired builder,who was in his ninety-first year, died yesterday at his home, 1317 Allegheny avenue. Mr. Fonrose was born in England and came to Philadelphia with his parents when he was a small boy. With his two surviving sons, Albert B. Millett and Charles F. Millett, who were associated with him in business. Mr. Millett built more than 600 houses in the northern parts of the city. Besides his sons, Mr. Millett is survived by his widow.
