4. Obituary: Obituary of Mrs. Amelia L. Thomas on 19 Apr 1929 in York, York, PA. ⁴ Mrs. Amelia L. Thomas, wife of Forrest D. Thomas, died at 1:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 301 North Queen street, following a three weeks' illness due to a complication of diseases. She was aged 56 years, eight months and 29 days.
Besides the husband, four daughters, Mrs. Elva M. Beecher, Thoroughfare, N. J. Mrs. Howard Jefferson, Gibbstown, N. J. and Mrs. Helen L. Brodbecks, and Mrs. Curtis H. Brenneman, at home; a brother, Charles S. Kidd, 403 East College avenue, a sister, Mrs. William T. Bates, 610 Wallace street, and six grandchildren survive.
Mrs. Thomas was a member of White Rose Temple, Pythian sisters, and Trinity Evangelical church and Sunday school. Funeral services will be conducted at the late home at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Rev. Dr. A. D. Gramley will officiate. Interment will take place in Greemount cemetery.
