2. Census in 1950 in Westerlo, Albany, NY. ⁵ The 1950 recorded living on Route 7: Edward Beechert, unemployed, 49, living with wife Lucy, 46; and son Gerald, 15. Edward was born in Pennsylvania and the others in New York.

3. Newspaper: Democrat and Chronicle: Estate of Peter R. Cole, 20 Nov 1963, Rochester, Monroe, NY, USA. ⁶ Peter R. Cole, Geneva, who died last Sept. 16, left a will dated July 20, 1958. It names the widow, Mrs. Lucy M. Cole of 123 Brook St., Geneva, and Lincoln Rochester Trust Co. as co-executors with the bank as trustee. The sum of $10,000 goes to each of the following: Cora Cole Reynolds, sister, of Westerlo, N.Y.; Mildred Atkins, niece, also of Westerlo; $5,000 goes to Marie S. Shaw, grandniece, Westerlo; Edwin and Gerald Beechert, step-sons, of Greenville and Oak Hill; $500 to Edith Ives, grandniece, Hensonville. The widow is left $5,000 in cash, all household and personal effects and the residue, in trust.
