Rev. C. E. Miller Unites Miss Eva Meiley and Adelbert Hunter

At the parsonage of the Central Christian church Wednesday evening, Miss Eva Belle Meiley and Mr. Adelbert Hunter, both of this city, were quietly quited in marriage by Rev. C. E. Miller. The wedding ceremony was very simple and the couple was attended only by a brother of the bride, Weideman Meiley.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Meiley and is a well known young lady. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hunter, and is employed with the Wells Fargo express company. After a wedding trip through Indiana they will make their home on Pearl street.

3. Obituary: Marion Star: obituary of Eva Hunter on 21 Jul 1983 in Marion, Marion, OH. 4 Eva Bell Hunter Eva Bell Hunter, 95, Morning View Care Center, Fulton, formerly of Marion, died at 2 a.m. Wednesday in the care center, after an illness of two weeks.

She was born Oct 25, 1887, in Marion, to George and Anna Beicher Meily. Her marriage to Adelbert M. Hunter was June 15, 1907. He died in Marion Sept. 22, 1937.

For 70 years she was a musician in the Marion area, especially well known as a pianist. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church; Lydia Chapter 83, Order of Eastern Star; and a charter member of Marion's White Shrine of Jerusalem.

Surviving are a son, Donald B. Hunter, Marion; one grandchild and three great-grandchildren. A brother and sister are deceased.


Eva married Adelbert Milo Hunter, son of Frank Lewis Hunter and Mildred E.
