Everyone and their parents were born in Indiana except Ethlyn in Kansas, and Celeste's father in Kentucky.

2. Census in 1900 in Columbus, Bartholomew, IN. 1 The 1900 census recorded living at 1005 Fifth in Columbus: William Thompson, school teacher, 50, born Feb 1850, with wife Celeste, 43, Dec 1851; and daughters Linnie M., 28, Aug 1872; Bessie, 23, Jul 1877; and Alva, 13, July 1887.
