Co VA as place of birth; Source-2 Sullivan County, Tennessee Deed Book 85, Page 248 15 April 1897 Indenture between CHRISTIAN S. BOOHER, DAVID S. BOOHER, SALLIE WEST, MARGARET SCHAFFER and SUSAN MOORE, heirs at law of JACOB BOOHER, dec'd., of the first part, and WESLEY BOOHER, Cantrell, Sullivan County, Tennessee, of the second part. For $120.00, land being near Cantrell, Sullivan County, Tennessee, known as " THE LANDS OF CHRISTIAN OF BOOHER, dec'd." , who was a son of CHRISTIAN BOOHER, SR., dec'd., had in and in the interest of DAVID BOOHER, dec'd., son of CHRISTIAN BOOHER, dec'd., and who died intestate, leaving as his heirs at law - his brothers and sisters, never having been married, and the one-third interest of CATHERINE BOOHER, dec'd., in her brother, DAVID BOOHER'S, interest in said land of his father, CHRISTIAN BOOHER, SR, dec'd. The said interest hereby conveyed containing by estimation some 9 and 2/3's acres of land, being the same more or less, in the CHRISTIAN BOOHER, dec'd, tract of land in the 5th civil district of Sullvian County, Tennessee. To have and to hold the said tracts of land there unto belonging to him the said WESLEY BOOHER, his heirs and assigns forever.
