Item I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel his heirs and assigns for ever, two hundred acres of land lying in Bedford County and State of Pennsylvania to be taken off my land adjoining my son Peters land above mentioned he yielding and paying to my Estate or the executors thereof the sum of two hundred pounds lawful money.

2. Which he sold in Jun 1807 in , Bedford, PA.

3. Cause of Death: black tongue fever, 1808, Zanesville, Muskingum, OH. While moving his family from Frederick County, Maryland, to Dayton, Ohio, along the way Daniel became sick with black tongue fever. He died near Zanesville.

4. Called "I Hope It's Well Done," near the main road from Middletown to Sharpsburg, which he sold in Sep 1808 in , Frederick, MD.
